Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us or call us at 1-734-776-1485 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we have received your return back.

Furniture:  Sporty Beds is dedicated to customer satisfaction.  Our furniture is high quality, and each piece is inspected and packaged carefully prior to shipping.  Our furniture cannot be returned unless it is damaged during shipping. Certain characteristics of wood add to the uniqueness of the bed and vary from piece to piece. These are not made in a big factory like most other furniture. We guarantee that it will be free of any workmanship defects.  If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will be happy to work with you to make it right. All warranty issues must be supported by a returned product which will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Sporty Beds.  Important:  If you are returning an item due to a workmanship defect, we reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, new, including all parts, packaging and tags.

Any items already assembled and/or without the original packaging are NOT subject for return.  Items with post-received damage or scratching are not subject for return.

SPORTY STUFF:  Your satisfaction is our priority!  If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy. You are responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee unless we are at fault. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned new and unused in its original condition, including all parts, packaging and tags.  The amount of your purchase less shipping will be refunded to you.  Items deemed used, damaged or missing packaging will not be refunded.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5 days. The items are your responsibility until they have been delivered back to us.  Be sure that each item is adequately packaged and that you obtain proof of shipment.  We are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us. 

Sporty Stuff Product Return Instructions:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sportybeds@gmail.com to start your return.  We will give you instructions at that time.
  2. Securely pack your merchandise & include a packing slip inside the box.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit back to our fulfillment center. 
  3. Be sure to record the tracking information for your return.  Ship the product to the return address given to you.  A tracking number is required for your return or exchange to be processed, in the case that it is not received by our fulfillment center.              

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

How do I cancel an order?                                                                                                            

Furniture – Orders may be cancelled within 3 days unless the order has been shipped.  Contact us for details.

Sporty Stuff - Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed, usually within 60 minutes.  Call us if needed at 734-776-1485.  You won’t be able to cancel your order after 60 minutes has passed, but once the items have arrived, you can contact us at sportybeds@gmail.com to initiate a return.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sales Tax Information

  • Sporty Furniture: any product shipped to a Michigan Address is subject to tax.
  • Sporty Stuff items sold by Sporty Beds are subject to tax when shipped to destinations in: OHIO, MICHIGAN and NEBRASKA

Shipping Information

At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia.  For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, please contact us.  For all furniture orders, we will email you a UPS shipment notice with a tracking number and expected delivery date once your product has been shipped out. 

Our products come from a few different locations throughout the U.S.  When placing an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  For furniture, an average time to expect delivery is approximately 3-6 weeks.  For most other Sporty Stuff, an average time of delivery is 7 days.  Sporty Stuff usually ships within 3 days unless it is a special order, on back order or out of stock.  Shipping times given are estimates of how long it will take to process your order and be shipped to you.  These shipping times are NOT a guarantee.  We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of our products. Special requests may be available for an additional charge.  If you are interested in this service, please contact us.  Sporty Beds cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated shipping date.

Product Designs & Out Of Stock Items: Due to manufacturers' policies and licensing agreements, all items are subject to design change without notification. Inventories and product designs are constantly changing and our site may not be up to date on out of stock items and current designs. Because most SPORTY STUFF comes from a 3rd party warehouse, when an item is out of stock, you will be contacted ASAP.  We try our best to keep our site up to date with current inventory.

Delays

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, changes to orders, address errors, or bad weather.  If you have a delivery delay, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Delivery

All products must be inspected at time of delivery.  For our beds, we guarantee all workmanship to be free of any defects.  Please contact us immediately if you receive any badly damaged boxes upon delivery.  All shipping issues must be supported by a returned product which will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Sporty Beds.  Sporty Beds warrants, represents and agrees that all shipments of the products sold or shipped shall be of first quality.  If the products fail to meet the performance specification, Sporty Beds shall accept the return of the product.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

In the case of receiving a damaged product, please email us at sportybeds@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.  We will do what it takes to make this right at no expense to you.  Send all claims regarding returns and exchanges due to defects/damages to customer service.  Please provide as much information as possible regarding the damage or defect you have encountered (photos, order number and date the order was placed).  Pictures of any damages are required along with a photo of the shipping box to determine the cause of damage.  Please do not return items without first contacting customer service.  We will instruct you how to make the return to us.  You are responsible for returning the product in the packaging and box that it was delivered.   

Are any products non-returnable?

Special order Items are not returnable. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all parts, packaging and tags.

Where do my packages ship from?

Orders are delivered either from our warehouse or the warehouse of our retail partners or fulfillment centers.  Most SPORTY STUFF is typically shipped separate.
