How do I reach Customer Service?

​Where can I ship my order?

We are shipping orders within the Continental U.S.  For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us.  We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For furniture, once you have placed your order, a time to expect delivery is approximately 3-6 weeks. For sporty stuff products, most items are delivered within 7 days.  Shipping times given are estimates of how long it will take to process your order and be shipped to you. These shipping times are NOT a guarantee. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of our products.  There are times when expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.  If you are interested in this service, please contact us to request information.

What are my payment options?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.   If you use one of these options, your order will be processed immediately and will be shipped within the time frame shown on the product page.  

Will I be charged sales tax?

For furniture, no sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the State of Michigan.  For Sporty Stuff, sales tax is collected if the order is delivered to Michigan, Nebraska or Ohio.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date by contacting us directly.  Products require payment in full upon ordering and cannot be returned unless it is damaged during shipping.

Will my furniture need assembly?

Yes. You will need to attach the frame to the Headboard & Foot-board. Our bed is made to fit most standard metal bed frames that bolt on to both a headboard and/or foot-board (purchased separately). All Grand Slam and Big League furniture is shipped ready to assemble.

Do beds or nightstands come in different colors?

The Grand Slam and Big League bed collection is available in the Ebony Stain that is shown online and can be ordered as unfinished furniture that can be finished in any paint color you choose.  

Is there a local store where I can pick up my product?

​Currently, we do not have a facility for customer pick up.

What if my merchandise is delivered damaged?

​If there is a problem with your furniture during delivery, you can contact customer service.  Please remember to report all problems immediately so that we can correct the problem in a timely manner.  See Returns & Damaged item policy.

Do you accept team bats or balls to use for the baseball bed?

​We cannot accept customer’s bats or baseballs. Our B&Bs are made & specifically designed to fit our headboard, foot board and nightstand.

​​Are the colors of the headboard, foot-board and nightstand exactly as shown?

Images on Sportybeds.com may have been enhanced for better viewing quality and may slightly differ from the color palette in real life. Because monitors vary, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. With these colors conditions, Sportybeds.com reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges due to color incompatibilities with online images. The natural finish of solid hardwood furniture clearly displays color variations. This variation is a natural identifying characteristic of solid wood. There are no return privileges for natural finished furniture due to color variations. It is also possible that furniture hardware or baseballs may differ from what is represented due to product changes and improvements.
